Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We ship to Australia & New Zealand. Other International deliveries are not available.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Bank Transfer, Money Order, Cheque. 50% deposit on orders and balance before delivery.

Q. How do I find out my ring size?
Visit a local jeweller to measure your finger or bring a ring you already own and have that measured on a ring stick. We make to order and can quote on extra large sizes. Alternatively, for surprise gifts etc we can supply in stock sizes and you can then have the ring sized at your local jewellers.

Q. Can I come and view the range in person if I live locally?
A. If you wish to view the range in person please contact me and we will organise a personal appointment.

Q. Why do you only offer price ranges on some products
A. As the world gold price fluctuate from day to day I will confirm the price on the day of order.

Q. Do you offer refunds or returns?
A. Each piece of jewellery is made to order. Rings are customised to your finger size.These are personalised pieces and cannot be exchanged. Each piece of jewellery is made to the highest standard and guaranteed for 12 months.
If there is a manufacturing fault it will be replaced. We cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear.
Jewellery is a work of Art and has to be treated with care.
Gold and Silver are soft metals and with continuous wear is subject to knocking and scratching.

Q.When will I receive my order?
A. All of our pieces are made to order. Delivery is estimated at 14 days upon. We will confirm the delivery date and/or adjusted delivery date with you. Pick up from our workshop is welcome.
